I purchased GTA5 and installed the flash mod. The game runs smoothly, but using the mod causes lag on my system. My specs are: Intel Core i7-7700 (3.60GHz, 3601 MHz, 4 cores), 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1060, DirectX 11. Please let me know if I can help further.

Task manager would display RAM and CPU details, while your graphics card should feature software for monitoring its performance based on the manufacturer (MSI - Afterburner, Asus - GPU Tweak II, etc.)
