I am trying to buy music on my computer, but I cannot get into iTunes. I have called them many times and they keep saying no. This started after I added a new email address to my account. When I try to log in, it asks me for a code. I give them the one that sent me an email. Then instead of letting me log in, it asks for another code again. It is really frustrating. I need help if you can fix this.

Bad luck, Apple is the only one who can fix your problem. You should try going into an Apple store.

Is it possible I can still get back the original email where you made your account?

Long time ago, I didn't touch much on iTunes or iCloud. But it turns out that whenever you add a new email or change an existing one, you needed to see proof of your old address to confirm things went right.

My old computer was used for my Apple ID, so the email got linked to it. Now I can't sign into that account because something went wrong. That's why I made a fresh new one. Even after adding the brand-new email address, the old one kept showing up as my Apple ID. The system said I couldn't change that specific email for that ID.

I finally found a person at Apple who really helped me. I got this issue solved last Wednesday. A guy from Apple made me install an Intel update that was listed in my Windows optional updates. Then I restarted the computer and everything is working fine again. That's all it took, but it took several days to get someone to actually help me out there. I would never have thought an Intel update had anything to do with my iTunes, but it fixed my problem right away. So if this happens to anyone else, they should try this. It worked for me.

Here is a version with simpler words and casual tone, keeping your perspective as "I":

Since the problem is now solved.
