Hey, I've been dealing with this problem for about a year now after setting up my new high-performance PC (ASUS Z490A Prime MB, 10,900k, 16GB RAM, SSD...). The main thing that bothers me is random behavior—usually at least once a minute, but sometimes less or more. My Logitech wireless mouse tends to stick, so when I move it the cursor jumps to where I last moved it. Occasionally, the illuminated keys on my keyboard briefly turn off. Also, there are times when the USB connection drops for a split second.

At first, I thought it was mouse-related, but I got another wireless mouse and the issue disappeared. It also doesn’t happen when I connect it to other computers, so it must be something with my new setup. I've tried updating drivers, setting power to high performance, disabling USB selective suspend, checking all ports, even using a hub—but nothing seems to work. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that it happens on every USB port.

I’m running out of ideas and want some advice. Any suggestions?

It could help to check if USB issues persist across different operating systems, not just Windows.

bios is currently updated. Didn't notice any issues with bios, though it seems to behave differently in windows sometimes. Thanks!
