i have a hp 17-p121wm model hp laptop. it came preloaded with win 10. after using it for quite some years , now i trynna install windows 7 on it. i did download all versions of win 7 in one , and created a bootable pendrive. but as soon as i start to install , i noticed two out of my three usb ports stopped working. like i have an external gaming mouse, it does not work on install page, (even after finishing installation too). i have 3 usb ports 1 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 2 Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0 those 2 of 2 Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0, does not work for my windows 7 install page or not even after installation, it shows in device manager that driver are not installed for "Universal Serial Bus". i tried to update my driver from their but failed, i googled my problem, and all the solution i found was using intel extensive host named some driver would solve their problem, but my problem is those solutions does not work for me as my cpu is from amd amd a6 6310 with radeon r4 graphics 2 out of 3 ports does not work in windows 7, but the last one usb 3.0 works perfect so i am asking if their is any custom driver to install driver for my those usb ports? or i can never run win 7 .. ????? sorry for my bad english

I wonder what led you to revert to Windows 7 after relying on Windows 10 for years. You're aware that Microsoft stopped providing major updates for Windows 7 on January 13, 2015, though support continued until January 14, 2020.

I recently saw a Steam community post suggesting Windows 7 offers higher FPS in certain source games compared to Windows 10. That’s why I’m considering reverting. Can you assist in locating extended support options? Also, I’ve been using a cracked OS all along. Edited January 21, 2019 by imon

Was das wirklich gemeint? Ich suchte nach einem speziellen USB-Treiber für den AMD A6 von HP.

Windows 7 isn't compatible with USB 3.0. You'll need the right drivers for your laptop's USB 3.0 controller. Your USB 2.0 might not function because it uses a controller Windows 7 doesn't support. It's best to find and install the correct drivers if available. We don't offer cracked versions since we can't verify system changes. Often, trying to fix things leads to issues like modified built-in drivers interfering with your USB device, causing problems that don't resolve easily.
