Recently I purchased a new computer. I have been using it for gaming, but the FPS is quite low. On Black Ops 4, I’m seeing around 60 to 89 frames per second, which matches the default setting. My friend, who has a similar setup with a 1080 i7 4770k, is achieving about 150 frames. Should I return this unit and claim it’s faulty?
Have you inspected the interior of the computer to verify the purchase?
I believe the i7-8700K might be using its built-in graphics, so verify the GPU connection properly.
