I'm setting up the 5600x system. I have Tridentz Neo with 32 GB RAM, 16*2 channels at 3200 MHz. My motherboard BIOS and Task Manager display RAM speed as 2133 MHz, but I activated the XMP 3200 profile. Need assistance.

I'll attempt to reset the CMOS, then check for a BIOS update. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'll try adjusting the speed and voltage settings manually without using XMP.

Avoid this because the timing will remain poor. Even if you adjust frequency and voltage manually, keep XMP active due to timing constraints. Also, consider updating your BIOS, resetting CMOS, and then retry with XMP before making further changes.

I handled everything. The BIOS was released nine days ago, and the service center mentioned my motherboard isn’t compatible? That’s confusing.

It shouldn't be the motherboard's issue. I also have a B550 Aorus Pro and use Trindent Z's 32GB RAM at 3600MHz CL16.

3200mhz should function properly. Turn on XMP and adjust the voltages slightly higher. Consider setting the voltage to 1.38 or 1.4V and SOC to 1.1V.
