I was using my brother's laptop to adjust his MAC address in the registry. I accidentally removed the Network folder, which likely held helpful files. Additionally, I created a "NetworkAddress" string in the 0002 folder containing his wireless driver information. Now the internet isn't working properly. I'm seeking assistance without any malicious intent—please help me resolve this issue as much as possible, and avoid any system reinstall unless necessary.

I haven't encountered this problem before, but here are a few steps you could try: 1) remove network drivers, checking if they're still installed (only do this if you have another PC to get fresh ones) 2) download the drivers on another machine and install them via USB 3 3) run sfc /scannow from an elevated prompt, which usually helps with broken Windows installs 4) just pray it works out.

Great to hear. If you're aware of which step resolved the problem, please share it in the comments so others who encounter this can learn from it. You're welcome to choose an accepted or best answer if it helps.
