the frequency of ubuntu failing to boot is hard to measure. breaking ubuntu and linux mint have often led me back to windows repeatedly. i've never experienced manjaro breaking before, except once when my trackpad drivers stopped working—easy enough to resolve, though it was mostly my mistake. manjaro stands out for its stability, built on arch, a very dependable distribution.

From my perspective, neither arch nor manjaro are reliable; they tend to fail quickly.
