I'm facing problems with my addressable RGB header on the ASRock B450 Pro4. I've just installed Windows and am using only the RGB utility, without Polychrome or any extra software. I've tested various ICP flash combinations with the basic RGB tool and different firmware versions, but nothing works consistently. Windows 1309 prevents automatic updates, so I have to update manually. The only firmware that gives me some control is nu51_1.10 with the basic RGB, but it keeps showing red even when disabled. Is this issue fixable or am I dealing with something unusual?

I'm handling the Intel side of that generation board (Z390) with Linux OS. The BIOS uses a polychrome RGB display, which works fine. My setup survived the "clear CMOS" process and it should work consistently across all systems. Linux currently lacks native ASRock RGB control software, but I've saved the configuration there for future use.
