After I moved away from my previous job, the courier brought back my old laptop, which I found a bit funny at first. They thought they might take it again. It looks like the BIOS is locked, so I can't fix anything myself—this feels like a loss. Do you have any suggestions?

Contact the company and inform them the laptop has been returned. Request a new shipping label and send it again once received. Even if it was your device, we cannot assist with unlocking the BIOS.
