Need help with my i5-760? Let me know what you're working on.
Heya!
I've gotten a i5-760 2.8Ghz Lynnfield paired with a GTX 1050 OC Asus on a P7P55LX Motherboard and recently saw this:
When gaming I have 100% CPU usage and 83% GPU usage (R6S)
Then I searched on the Internet and my GPU is probably waiting for my CPU too tell him it's orders.
Then I looked if my CPU could be overclocked and found out people got it to 4 Ghz, what i dont need but still, and was intrested...
Since I have 0 knowledge on OC'ing, I'm here to ask you guys:
What, How and Why...
Some pictures of what PC components I have... May come in need (CPU-Z):

Hope y'all can help me out here...
Every bit of help is appreciated!
Hey!
I've looked over your guides and soon after found this video:

And was like, this ones good but I want 3.2 Ghz since I need a bit more CPU power for my GPU too work at 100%.
I've ran a test too see my heat while 100% stressing the CPU and playing R6. This was the result:
Heat Test
So my question is will this work?/is this good?/if I change BCLK Freq too 145 I'll get 3.2 Ghz, right?

I would begin by exploring as many Overclocking guides as possible for your CPU. Such resources can be found online, like this one: https://www.masterslair.com/how-to-overc...king-guide And others such as: 3 Step Guide To Overclock Your Core i3, i5, or i7 - Updated! - Overclockers. Updated 2/26/10. Many users are searching for advice on overclocking their systems but unsure where to start. I thought a solid guide would be useful. Read More at www.overclockers.com and similar sites.
