They upgraded their router to the new BT smart hub 2, which is a bit more advanced than what they had before. I'm wondering if it's possible to replace their old hub with another one from a different family member—my other granddad has a current BT hub, and I already have a backup PC there. I need to ensure it works smoothly for streaming at 360 or 480p without too much lag. Any extra details would help me give you better advice.
