Hi, I began testing overclocking my APU recently. Initially, I used PBO and limited the Vega 11 to 1500 and 1600 MHz for memory speed. To push further, I manually adjusted BIOS settings while keeping the Vega 11 OC via RyzenMaster. My specs include a Ryzen 5 3400G with stock cooler, B450I Aorus Pro Wifi, and a Kingston HyperX 2666mhz motherboard. It runs at 3200 MHz EVGA 450W Bronze Team Elite with two M.2 slots. I achieved stable performance at 1.375V, aiming for 1.35V. Results were stable but my Night Raid scores dropped. The VSOC MOS reached over 100°C—still within safe limits? When I ran RyzenMaster alone without core clock changes, it stayed around 90-95°C.

MOSFETs on mobos are typically rated for around 120°C, meaning 100°C is safe. I’d rather avoid overheating and boost airflow inside the case.
