I saved the latest EAT Windows 10 ISO file and wondered if it’s feasible to upgrade my PC using the new ISO without losing anything, while retaining my product key since I’m still using an older version of Windows 10.

Yes, you can choose to upgrade instead of reinstalling when loading it.

Your Windows 10 version seems quite old. It's usually kept current through regular updates.

Do you need to start from the USB drive? I’m unable to access the Windows 10 update assistant since I don’t have internet access in my location.

Use the Windows 10 installation guide to move to the newest release. Follow the same steps as upgrading an older Windows version: start from a disk or USB drive, choose your keyboard and language, select Install, then choose Upgrade.

It didn’t allow me to proceed because it stated “Windows 10 cannot run on this PC,” though I’m using Windows 10 there.
