Have you explored HP Support Assistant? Using HP printers and scanners is straightforward, and drivers can be installed automatically via HP Smart, an app available in the Microsoft Store. If you haven’t used HP Smart yet, it’s the ideal option. Otherwise, the manufacturer’s support site may offer assistance.

It seems the drivers were previously available in HP Sol. Center, but they are no longer accessible.

If you're facing these many issues, the most likely solution is to simply swap it out.
