She tried Freemake to convert the episodes to MPEG4, hoping it would work on Blu-ray, but she's unsure about the process. She's looking for advice on how to convert and burn the content correctly.

If you didn't use Freemake, I recommend trying the AppGeeker Blu-ray Creator. It performed well for me, so you might want to give it a shot.
