The Ryzen CPU is currently at its peak, maybe hold off until it settles. An Athlon 240G was priced at $100—what's that mean? A refurbished model could work better. Look for a used 2600 or 3600.

For the same price as a brand-new 1030, you can find a used RX570 or 580, which offers three times the value.
