Yes, it should work well. The Intel Core i5 8400 with 16GB RAM at 2666MHz should handle RPG 6 at around 150 FPS, especially when using PlayTV's medium settings.

GPU? I don’t know much about that program and they don’t explain clearly how it functions. Without knowing the specific part it uses for rendering, I can’t be certain. By default, your clips should render at 720p30, which should work well on a CPU if your GPU is recent enough (like GTX1050Ti).
