I'm experiencing a really bad and annoying issue in every game. Over the past few months, I've been playing games such as PUBG PC Lite and CS:GO on my PC with low settings, achieving over 90 fps. Recently, when I started playing PUBG Lite, I encountered an odd problem where all the edges around objects were flickering. These edges looked poorly rendered, giving the impression of anti-aliasing issues. I increased the anti-aliasing settings, but it didn't help. Then I tried playing CS:GO and still faced stuttering and those annoying edge problems. Recently, it seems to be working just fine again, but everything feels less enjoyable now.

What I've tried so far:
1. Updated drivers
2. Reverted to older drivers
3. Checked every in-game setting
4. Reinstalled Windows
5. Consulted online resources

PC specs:
- CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66 GHz
- RAM: 2 GB GDDR5 @ 3.3 GHz
- Storage: 6 GB 1333 MHz

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have access to your current device settings. Could you clarify which monitor you're referring to?

I used a DELL 60Hz display, but that wasn't the problem since it had been functioning well recently.
