I own a mid-range PC with an i3 9100F, 16Gigs of RAM, and an RX 570 4GB. All the games I used to play ran smoothly without any lag or frame drops. Now, however, the games are lagging and stuttering—I don’t know why. Can someone help me?

but then again when you mention lagging it refers to scenarios like in Overwatch or a game without an internet connection, which is such a different situation.
