I'm connecting an RTX 3070 with a Ryzen 9 3900X and looking for a suitable motherboard. I need two SSD slots and want to know about PCIe Gen 4 options. I'm searching for boards under $200, preferably with Wi-Fi or Ethernet support. Let me know what fits best.

Absolutely, you'd likely need more than $200 for a motherboard if you plan to overclock. A 3900x with a 3070 might not be ideal; the 3080 could be a better choice.

I won't be increasing the clock speed and won't spend 700 plus taxes on a GPU. I'm just picking the 3070 because it's a good price.

The Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI seems promising, though I haven’t tested it myself. Reviews appear generally favorable.
