My PC setup includes an Amd Fx8350 processor, a Ga-990fxa-UD3 motherboard, 4 sticks of 8GB DDR4 RAM totaling 32GB, and a VULCAN 1600mhz GPU. On Windows 10, the system displays 28GB RAM but only 24GB is usable. I’ve confirmed this on another machine with working RAM. The issue might be related to RAM speed—your GPU shows 1333MHz instead of the expected rate. Please let me know where and why this happens, and if it’s fixable. Also, clarify why the RAM is running at that frequency. TIA, please respond ASAP.
