The MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Plus LGA1151 board is installed outside the case, resting on cardboard. After switching the PSU, there are no lights and the jump start fails. Someone might know what’s happening or how to troubleshoot the issue.

Do you have every motherboard cable connected? Is the power supply unit powered on?
