I’m facing a problem and would value any assistance.
Here’s my setup:
- Asus Prime z570 pro
- Ryzen 7 5800X
- 64GB Corsair RAM (dual channel)
- Gigabyte Aorus RTX 4070 Ti
- Corsair RM1000e (1000W)
- Corsair 7000D case and H115i CPU cooler
The issue is as follows:
When playing games like God of War, I experience smooth performance for hours without problems. However, after quitting God of War and starting The Riftbreaker, the game freezes on the main menu (required a forced reboot). This occurred once. Later, during a full day of World of Tanks, it happened again—about a week apart, but I play daily now.
Interestingly, my mouse works fine and responds normally. When YouTube or video clips were open, I could switch them randomly, but the PC became unresponsive (forced reboot needed).
In the HWmonitor (GPU) and Corsair dashboard, sensors stopped working and the tabs didn’t respond. My RGB and RAM froze—only a forced restart resolved it, even under heavy load or when idle.
I ran CPU+GPU load tests in OCCT and reflashed the BIOS.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
