I redirected traffic through AT&T and included port 47984, yet a port checker indicates it's not open.

Also enable that connection through your Windows firewall settings on the server device. This seems to be the more probable cause.
Appreciate the restart assistance.
This feature also disables it, hehe. I'm really not that motivated to move them past the firewall.
Only two ports were opened (5800 and 5900).
