Country: UK
Game: UK Games, programs or workloads it supports
Current setup: Mostly the adobe suit
Details: Existing components list, peripherals needed, previous upgrades, intended purchase date, desired display settings (resolution, refresh rate), etc.

I already own a prebuilt MSI infinite 9sa-871uk with i5-9400f. I upgraded to a Be Quiet BK006 Pure Rock 2 Single Tower CPU cooler, a GTX 1650 AERO, 4G 16Gb Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 RAM (2400MHz, 2x8), a 256GB M.2 2TB SSD, two 256GB SATA SSDs, and a Corsair CX750 power supply (upgraded from 350W, 80PLUSE BRONZE).

The motherboard lacks markings but is mini ATX. I’m using a NZXT 510 with two 120mm fans (top and rear) and two Easythreed 120mm fans connected via the manual controller.

For my next upgrade, I’m considering an ASUS TUF GAMING B560M-PLUS with Intel B560 and Socket 1200 board.
Advice needed: CPU choice—options include 10500 and 10600K. The 11600 is too expensive. The jump in TDP and the need for a cooler upgrade are concerns. I won’t overclock; this system will handle editing tasks and regular use for about eight hours.

The gap between a 9400 and a 10500 is very small, particularly when considering the price of a new board included. It would be better to keep saving until you can afford a bigger upgrade. The improvement in performance doesn't justify the expense here.
