Hello
a friend's computer has stopped working and I'm trying to assist with planning a budget build. It's mainly used for light browsing, checking emails, video calls, and editing short vacation videos from a phone. The budget is around 6 to 650 USD – any ideas on what could be assembled within this range? They have an old SSD from about five years ago, but I'd prefer not to add anything else except the monitor.
