I first needed to verify the length in meters. Approximately 100 feet equals about 30 meters, meaning it's a long cable. The outcome then relies on the cable's condition. It should be at least Cat 5e, but Cat 6 would be better. Quality isn't the only factor—plug integrity also plays a role. You can test this by connecting another computer to your switch and sharing files via Windows file sharing. Expect roughly 90 MB/s with a gigabit switch. If performance is significantly lower, the issue likely lies with the cable between the switch and your PC. If everything checks out there, move on to testing the cable from the switch to your router. I assume you're using a gigabit switch.

The next day began, everything appears normal now. I only turned off my PC for the night. When I woke up, I ran a test and saw 120 downloads and 12 uploads. I don’t know why tech behaves like this. I’m still trying the file transfer trick you suggested—watch how fast it goes. I’ll keep you updated. Still confused about how a restart helps.
