There are various methods to track hardware in Linux using a user-friendly interface, and you can integrate these into a dashboard with some effort. Have you tried the GNOME System Monitor tool?

I'm using i3wm instead of gnome. I discovered CPU-X which seems more reliable, but it doesn't track power usage or voltage readings. I need to understand my power consumption since my clock speed seems off and I'm trying to fix it.

Conky serves as a flexible tool for showing any content as a desktop overlay widget. Beyond that, KDE offers systemmonitor, akin to Windows Task Manager, and gnome has a similar feature based on what I recall. If you can run a command in the terminal, Conky can display it, especially for diagnostic purposes.

I've tried psensor on my Mint machine, but it feels quite simple compared to tools like speccy on Windows. I'm looking for a more advanced interface with a better GUI.
