Hello everyone, I've just upgraded to an R7 5800X3D. It's running cooler now, thanks to the Arctic Liquid Freezer 280mm board and MSI B450 Tomahawk. When I put the system under load—like during a CSGO session—I noticed temperature spikes, jumping from 34°C to 65°C or even higher for a short time. After playing for a while, it stabilizes around 50°C to 60°C. Most users say this is normal behavior, especially with the CPU boosting, which actually shows it's working properly. A few people reported no such spikes and thought the cooling is insufficient. If you leave it alone, temperatures stay low as shown in the second link. So, should I accept this or worry about it? Please advise.

Everything is fine, the temperature stays under 90°C. Your CPU can get a bit busy sometimes, but it handles loading programs quickly. Just relax and enjoy the games!
