Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for assistance. Recently I purchased a ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 to connect my Acer Aspire A715-41G to two monitors and a keyboard/mouse. The issue is that neither monitor displays correctly. I use a displayport cable with an HDMI connection to link the dock to the monitors. When installing firmware on the Lenovo site, I encounter strange error messages. Only my laptop shows the error when connected via USB-C. I’m unsure how to fix this. Thank you.
