Hi, this seems like a Windows issue. I have two monitors set up—one is a touchscreen and the other is a regular screen. When I touch the touchscreen, the feedback shows up on the larger primary monitor. Everywhere I look, the same suggestions appear: make the touchscreen the primary display, adjust settings, reinstall drivers, etc. It’s frustrating since none of these steps seem to work properly. Could you help me figure this out? Thank you!
Press start to open the gear icon. Look for "touch" and click it. A small window will appear—click setup and complete the steps. It should function properly.

I understand, but it still doesn't show up on any screen where the main issue appears.
