It's interference from the coax cable entering the house, not the Ethernet line. You should connect to the modem and share the signal strength of each channel so we can verify they meet requirements. I used Spectrum previously and experienced at least 30ms latency to their servers, which is typical for cable connections—100ms is still within normal expectations.
