I use hwinfo to track my temperatures. I keep the room cool with many fans, which might explain the stable readings. My body temperature stays low. On hot days without air conditioning, I notice higher temps.

I'm thinking it's more to do with the cold room. I have a fan in there in addition to the a/c. Only time I've seen higher temps is a cpu specific stress test. It got hot but nothing unaccessible.
