You have a HP ProBook 6570b running Windows 10, but when trying to connect your Bluetooth speaker, the Bluetooth feature isn't working. The action in Action Center is missing, and you've already tried troubleshooting. Someone could help you figure out why this device isn't detecting Bluetooth.

Typical solution is to delete and reapply the Bluetooth driver. Likely an option exists. If the latest driver remains ineffective, you might need the original driver included with the device or a previous version from Windows that functioned.
