I possess a USB with Windows 10 Pro and a PC with a fresh SSD. The PC was completely erased, and after following the steps, it requests a product key. I need Windows installed so it functions properly, but each time I try, it skips the process. Once it installs successfully and restarts, it asks for the same setup again.

Upon initial restart, remove the USB drive.

It appears the system is configured to start from the USB drive. Once installation completes, take out the USB and verify whether it launches from the SSD.
