Need assistance with your OC I7 6700K?

I own an I7 6700K and recently upgraded it with a liquid cooler from Corsair, following the OC guide from Linux. I’d like to clarify a few points based on the advice I received:
1) You mentioned Linus achieving 4.7 with a load of 75°C. Could you clarify what the “load” refers to? Was it during stress tests on programs like AIDA64, or was it under normal gaming conditions? Also, does the 75°C number represent peak temperature during gaming or an average during stress tests?
2) When I tested AIDA64 at 4.7G with a max temp of 1.345°C, I sometimes reached up to 90°C. Is it safe to continue stress testing at that level for an extended period, or could it be risky? I usually cap gaming at around 75°C.
3) Is it typical to hit 90°C during a stress test with this cooler, or should I expect the temperature to stay much lower? Thanks for your guidance.
