your niece received a gaming pc and managed to bypass the forgotten passwords. the system boots into Windows but fails during installation or startup. the motherboard model is ax370m-ds3h ver 1.1. you're using a uefi installation media with secure boot enabled. the bios is set to f21, and the official windows 10 media should support both versions. if you download a new bios from the official source, ensure it's verified and compatible with your hardware. check if there are any required settings in the bios to enable Windows booting.

Did you clear the storage before attempting another Windows installation? Welcome to the discussion forum.

I also added another SSD, but it crashes during installation. I changed the BIOS to F31 and it just launches the Windows installer as I type this.

Disabled all CSM configurations and tried a UEIF install without the legacy option—success!
