Your PC intermittently loses internet connection for short periods. I've looked into packet loss and ping tests to both the web and your local network. You've disabled saved power options in Device Manager, but the problem persists. Consider checking other network cables or restarting your router.

Wi-Fi versus Ethernet? If it’s Ethernet I’d test a fresh cable too, and also reinstall your internet drivers—be sure to get them before removing them.
