You might consider the Asus ROG Strix x570-E Gaming. It’s a high-end board offering many more capabilities than the Aorus Elite. However, it doesn’t seem necessary to upgrade the motherboard just yet, since the next-gen chipsets will require an AM5 socket. Alternatively, you could opt for the older AM4 platform and hold off until AM5 and DDR5 prices become more affordable.
Sure, I've got the 5800X as well, which is why I suggested the Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming. It's the top board I've tested so far. Good luck in your search for a RTX 3080! Don't lose hope! Based on what I've read and my own experience, the 5800X gets quite hot—idle at around 40-45°C with a 360mm AIO (H150i Elite Capellix), but it climbs to 90 under 30 seconds during Cinebench R23 multicore. I'm planning to stick with this setup until the second or third generation of AM5 comes out.
