I purchased an MSI Z490 Ace with dual 8-pin connectors. I’m using a Seasonic 12II 650 power supply and a 3.1015T motherboard. Should I consider upgrading the power supply?

You'll just require one 8-pin connector for that processor.

Using both 8-pin connectors becomes necessary only when boosting high-end processors, though this is still a topic of discussion. Each connector can handle more than 300 watts, whereas the processor in question might use up to around 50 watts. You don’t need to replace your power supply.
