Your motherboard supports 16GB DDR3 memory, but the RAM you currently have is DDR3 at 800MHz. The new 16GB Patriot 2400 DDR3 modules are also DDR3, so they should work with your setup. You can mix and match them as long as the speed and type match your system requirements.
