Hello everyone! I'm facing a strange problem with my PC. When I run memtest on the motherboard, it boots or loads the BIOS. On Windows 10 or MacOS(Hackintosh), everything works fine afterward. About a week ago, I started having issues shutting down Windows—just a reboot instead of a proper shutdown. My concern is whether this is due to a hidden motherboard setting or if it means I should consider replacing the board. I've tried several fixes: removing all but one PCI stick, disconnecting USB and SATA devices, resetting the BIOS to defaults, and even swapping out the power supply. The motherboard specs are Intel 4690K, Asus Z87-A, Sapphire 5700XT. What do you think?
