Checking the motherboard page shows the OS currently installed. This appears to be a recent build, and there may be additional issues beyond the main problem. The system functioned properly until certain conditions were met.
You can turn USB ports on or off via UEFI, check for unintended adjustments and restore them. If that fails: Power off the machine, remove the power source from the wall, ground yourself by touching a metal surface on your case, remove the CMOS battery, wait briefly, then reinsert it and restart the computer to test functionality. If the problem persists on a brand new board, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
