I'm 15 and just bought my first PC. I’m not sure much about it yet. When I start a game, the screen often turns black and then disappears. I don’t know what to do. My system has a TUF gaming RTX 3070 Ti, a 12th gen Intel Core i7-12700F, 32 GB RAM, a Z690-P Prime WiFi SSD, and a 750W power supply. It runs Windows 11 with BIOS version 1402. I’m not sure if the problem is hardware or software. I got it built in a factory in China, so maybe it’s a setup issue?
