Hey everyone. I'm thinking about switching to an AM5 motherboard and need some advice. I really like ASUS's BIOS setup, so I want to stick with them. I've been checking out the ASUS TUF B650-Plus and the ROG B650-A, planning to use a 7600X. Since I'm saving up for the AMD 9000X3D lineup, I noticed the ROG model has a slight Wi-Fi edge. Are there other factors I should consider besides the brand and BIOS?

Durability and IO are typically the priorities for more advanced models. Unless you require them, it’s best to skip that option. Assuming you’re not aiming for an overclock?

I recommend sticking with the TUF design. With only minor adjustments like 100-200 MHz tuning and slightly higher power, it should work well. PBO is also a good option.

You're welcome to try that. For a higher level, consider the X670 series or wait for the X870 series. The B650 E series might be worth it unless you're using PCIe lanes—otherwise, NVMe options could be better.
