You could try using a bootable USB drive to install Windows XP. There are tools available that let you create such a drive from a regular CD.
Check the download link provided and follow the instructions to burn it onto a CD.
In fact, I believe this won't work on a 32-bit system since it requires more resources.
I checked out this device and looked in the Bios since XP was damaged; it runs on a 32-bit processor.
