God assist me—Windows update #1909 didn't work after 14 MONTHS. It doesn't install properly or at all. I've watched many YouTube guides with steps like "Method 1...3..4..5.." but none helped. I'm using Windows 10 Home on an i5-4570 PC. I really need this update to finish after so long. Any tips, tricks, or software that could force it? Please help me! (P.S.
