It likely erased the boot partition. Consider using a Windows 10 installation disk to restore your setup.
It seems the system is running on Windows 10 and 8 but isn't shutting down properly. Some operations cause it to start up quickly, yet the chkdsk tool from Windows 7 flags data as corrupted and deletes it, leading to this issue. Can you boot into either version in Safe Mode? You may need a recovery USB to fix it.
Is the system set up to use the Master Boot Record? Verify Secure Boot is turned off in your BIOS or enable Legacy BIOS mode. For GPT configurations, adjust accordingly. Ignore the previous instructions. Correct your boot entries in WinRE.
The bootloader for 8.x/10 may be damaged. You'll need to access the recovery for that version and correct the boot entries. Additionally, think about running dual booting on different drives or at least separating 7 from 8.x/10 since 7 uses a distinct bootloader.
Thanks for your feedback. Consider keeping the current Windows partition and attempt a repair, since your BIOS is set to Legacy which turns off Secure Boot. You’re not sure about booting into safe mode, but you’re preparing to install Windows 10 from a USB drive.
From my perspective, running multiple operating systems on a single drive causes issues. You might want to invest in several drives for each setup if you really need a triple boot arrangement.
I'm not able to install another hard drive. I'm currently doing a multi-boot setup. The laptop has a WDC Black or Blue drive, which is about 500GB in size.
