I began setting up Windows 10 as usual, but once the progress reached "3," I accidentally took out the power brick. My laptop stopped working and now I can't run the installer again because it shows an error about starting setup properly. I suspect the shutdown caused corrupted files to appear. How can I remove these stuck files?

You created a bootable USB for Windows 10 or performed an upgrade?

If you're not installing via USB driver or DVD/CD, try starting in safe mode to explore options. Alternatively, use the download utility to create a USB installer or DVD/ISO file and proceed from there. Remember, a fresh installation isn't an upgrade.
